Mohd Mirza Group is a family owned business founded in the year 1993 in United Arab Emirates by Gholam Abbas Zarei Gareshi. He established Mohd Mirza Group in a partnership with Mr. Mohammed Jafar Mohammed Al Mirza. Mr. Ali Zarei Gareshi and Mr. Zianol Abeddin Zarei Gareshi with a vision to Import, Export and Trading of Toys and other general trading in the Middle East region. Gradually as the company was progressing the Company adapted a range of diverse products and business interest that predominantly include Soft Toys, Gift Boxes, Gift Items, Decorative Items, Special Event Items, MDF, Woods, Safety Equipments, Fishing Net & Accessories, Basmati Rice and other general products. The Company has grown consistently in every market condition displaying stability of performance and high value for its customers across the region.

In 1997, fulfilling its objective to grow further, another company by name Ali Zarei General Trading L.L.C was established with the objective to focus more on Trading of Basmati Rice, Food Items & Non Food Items in whole sale basis including but not limited to Cheese, Tea, Sugar, Bread, Biscuits, Cake , Chocolates, Honey, Mustard, Ice cream and spice etc. Ali Zarei General Trading L.L.C is also known as sole and authorized distributor for "JONUB" Special Long Grain Basmati Rice in the Middle East.
